My Story
Crystal Jackson, mother, mentor, business owner, therapist, coach and advocate is a lover of life and people! Crystal has worked in business, community, education and non-profit sectors for a number of years. Her repertoire of leadership includes, personal development coach, mental health coach and advocate, owner of A.I.M.E. Services, LLC, Co-Founder of Cultural Collab, LLP and brand ambassador for Black Girls Worship.
Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and dual Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Management and Leadership. Crystal’s mission is to help others maximize potential, identify their purpose and create pathways to ensure their quality of life.
